Payments, shipping and Returns.

At ZLQ / ALV we work only made to order. This feels the most sustainable way of creating goods in the world we live.

At the moment you can only pay with credit card. We will add more possibilities in the future. Write to info@zlq.be if you’d like to pay by Payconiq/bank transfer.

The ZLQ handbags take time to make. Delivery time is around 3 weeks after placing your order.

ALV leather items and worldwide treasures take less/no time to produce and are typically shipped within one week.

You can also pick-up your order at the a pick-up point in Ghent, Scheldewindeke or Kachtem. When you receive a message that your order is ready for collection write to the pick-up point of your choice to schedule your visit. 

The return period is 14 days after you receive your order.

For workshops, we provide an ALV voucher of the amount spent when you cannot make it due to illness.
